weapon screen shot - Guild Wars Forums

how do u make a screen shot like people have on the buy/sell threads of their weapons and upgrades?? help me out plz, thank u

I haven't quite personally been to the Marketplace here on the message boards, but I'm pretty sure I could help you out.

First off, you need to be playing GW. Got that? Good.

Second, open up your inventory and highlight said weapon/upgrade and snap a screenshot when the stats show up. (To snap a screenshot, press Print Screen on your keyboard.)

Third, open up any basic photo editing program (Paint, Photoshop) and cut out the statistics from the picture. Copy it and open up a new document. Paste the statistics image into the new, blank window and try and zoom in on it to make everything clear.

I'm pretty sure that's how you would do it...and...uh, if I'm completely off -- lemme know...because...that's how I would do it.

After everything is said and done, simply go to any site that hosts images and copy the URL of the image and paste it when you're making your post.
